Art therapy is a therapeutic approach that uses creative expression as a way to explore thoughts, emotions, and experiences that may be difficult to put into words. No artistic skill or experience is needed. The focus is on the process, not the final product. Through guided art-making and reflection, Art Therapy can support self-expression, emotional regulation, insight, and healing in a safe, supportive environment.
Psychotherapy is a collaborative process that provides a safe, confidential space to explore thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and life experiences. Through supportive conversation and evidence-based approaches, psychotherapy can help people better understand themselves, develop coping skills, improve relationships, and navigate challenges such as stress, anxiety, depression, or life transitions. It’s a space for reflection, growth, and meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
The Bridge Psychotherapy accepts payment via e-transfer and credit card. Once payment is received, you will be emailed a receipt that you can submit to your insurance provider.
Please note that The Bridge Psychotherapy offers valuable psychotherapy services, but is not a crisis service and cannot respond immediately to crisis situations. If you are in crisis and need urgent mental health support, please contact 9-1-1 or visit the nearest emergency centre.
